DVD's FAQ

Q: How much are the DVD's?

A: Individual DVD's are  priced at $5.50 each, but if you purchase them in large sets they are always discounted, some sets can be as cheap as $4.50 a DVD.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free on all orders over $50.00, for orders less than $50.00 it will be a flat rate of $6.00.

Q: I'm from Canada, Mexico, or some country other than the United States, can I still order from you?

A: Yes, foreign customers may order from me as well. Please use the money order/check payment option to checkout, and I will send you an invoice through Paypal. Postage will not be free on most International orders, as they will have to ship USPS Priority Mail International for seller and buyer protection.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: I accept most Credit and Debit cards through Paypal, I also accept Money Order's via mail.

Q: When will I receive my DVD order?

A: Most orders ship within 1 to 4 days, I will inform you via email if it will be longer, this would mostly occur with largers orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once the item ships.

Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: All payment is done through Paypal's payment gateway, which is 128 bit encrypted SSL. No payment information is stored at this website.

Q: What is the quality of the MST3K DVD's?

A: All of these episodes are top quality copies mastered from first generation VHS tapes. They are encoded at the standard 720 pixels by 480 lines. I have spent years tracking down the highest quality copies, and I now offer them to you. Note: The KTMA epsiodes are lower quality, due to the lack of copies in existence. Most discs have extra's such as the movie poster, commercials, etc...

Q: What exactly will I receive?

A: Your DVD will come on a blank white printable DVD-R media, unless you order the printed version of the disc. This is high quality media. It will be packed in a plain white paper sleeve. This is done to provide you with the best possible price. Their are many sites out there from which you can download covers for all episodes to print yourself.

Q: Will these disks play in my DVD Player?

A: All media is recorded to high quality DVD media in the DVD-R format. This will play in almost all players made since  2003 or so. These may or may not work in your Gaming Console. Click the link here for a compatibility chart www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers

Q: Do you sell any episodes of MST3K that are commercially available from Rhino, BBI, Shoutbox, or are otherwise copyrighted?

A: No, I will never sell copies of episodes that are commercially available from any source. These should be purchased so the authors/creators get their rightful dues. When episodes are no longer commercially available the broadcast versions will once again be offered here. Click here for a current list of all commercially available episodes.
